At Pets&friends, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item.

Return conditions

• The products must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed.
• The original packaging must be intact
• Items on sale or discounted may not be eligible for return

How to make a return

2. Please provide your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
3. We will send you the return instructions.
4. Return the package to the address indicated

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
